Ved bestilling af tid, accepterer du følgende betingelser:
- Ved aflysning af tid med mindre end 24 timer til behandlingen og ved udeblivelse uden afbud forbeholder vi os retten til at opkræve fuld pris for behandlingen. Såfremt der ikke meldes afbud anses dette som udeblivelse og der sendes en faktura på det fulde beløb via mail. Betales denne ikke, sendes den videre til inkasso, grundet tabt arbejdsfortjeneste, og der vil komme rykkeregebyr, som bliver specificeret i fakturaen. Ved din næste behandling vil du herefter blive opkrævet et depositum på 50% af behandlingens pris når du booker en tid.
- Ved forsinkelse på mere end 5 minutter, vil jeg informeres hurtigst muligt. Efter en forsinkelse på 15 minutter vil tiden blive aflyst. Hvis du ikke informerer om din forsinkelse på mere end 15 minutter, vil dette også anses som en udeblivelse uden afbud, og du vil derfor blive opkrævet behandlingens fulde beløb enten via mail eller ved ankomst.
- Du kan kun have glæde af ét enkelt tilbud pr. behandling.

By booking an appointment, you accept the following conditions:
- In case of cancellation of the appointment with less than 24 hours beforehand and in case of no-show without cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the full price for the treatment. If no cancellation is announced, this is considered a no-show and an invoice for the full amount is sent by email. If this is not paid, it will be sent to debt collection due to lost earnings, and there will be a late-fee, which will be specified in the invoice. At your next treatment, you will then be charged a deposit of 50% of the price of the treatment when you book an appointment.
- In case of delay of more than 5 minutes, I want to be informed as soon as possible. After a delay of 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. If you do not inform about your delay of more than 15 minutes, this will also be considered a no-show without cancellation and you will therefore be charged the full amount of the treatment either by email or on arrival.
- You can only benefit from a single discount per treatment.

Prin rezervarea unei programări, acceptați următoarele condiții:
- În cazul anulării cu mai puțin de 24 de ore și în caz de neprezentare fără anulare, ne rezervăm dreptul de a cere prețul intreg pentru tratament si timpul pierdut. Dacă nu se anunță nicio anulare, aceasta este considerată ca neprezentare și o factură pentru întreaga sumă este trimisă prin e-mail. Dacă aceasta nu este plătita, va fi trimisa la colectarea datoriilor din cauza câștigurilor pierdute și va exista o taxă de intarziere, care va fi specificată în factură. La următorul tratament, vi se va cere apoi un depozit de 50% din prețul tratamentului atunci când rezervați o programare.
- În cazul unei întârzieri mai mari de 5 minute, vreau sa fiu informata cat mai repede posibil. După o întârziere de 15 minute, programarea va fi anulata. Dacă nu ma informați cu privire la întârzierea dumneavoastră mai mare de 15 minute, aceasta va fi, de asemenea, considerată neprezentare fără anulare și, prin urmare, vi se va cere suma totală a tratamentului fie prin e-mail, fie la sosire.
